Now that Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard has been released and people are starting to install it on newer model MacBook Pro’s, Apple is trying to fix issues that users are experiencing with the older 10.4 Tiger. To make Tiger work better, Apple has released the MacBook Pro software update 1.2.
Recently, Apple has changed what these computer specific updates actually do but here is what they have to say, “This update improves graphics stability and is recommended for all MacBook Pro (Mid 2007, 2.4/2.2GHz) computers running Mac OS 10.4 Tiger.”
The size of the MacBook Pro software update 1.2 is 14.4 MB. It is available now through software update and Apple’s web site. Via Tuaw.
