LuLu, a self publishing service and distributor of eBooks have now jumped into the arena with eBooks formatted for the Apple iPhone cell phone. LuLu allow users to publish, sell and then connect with other online writers. They offer eBooks from one million creators. They also claim to receive 500,000 visitors each week and to be the number one self publishing website according to Alexa.
The optimization service that LuLu offers also works with the Sony Reader. The service re-formats existing PDF files for viewing on the iPhone for $25 USD per project. They claim to have more than 4,000 new titles added to the online service each week.
