Apple iPod 3rd Generation Has Video And Enhanced UIApple released a new iPod Nano during their September, 5th, “The Beat Goes On” event.  During the past few weeks, rumor photos of the Nano were all over the Internet, which were pulled off of sites very quickly.  Well, it seems that these pictures were close to the actual form factor of the new iPod Nano’s.  There are quite a few new specs on the iPod Nano 3rd generation.

Apple’s recent press event on the 5th of September has produced several surprises and none are more exciting for Apple iPhone cellphone users, is the ability to add ringtones.  The ability to add ringtones to the iPhone has been available for some time now but by using third party software and sometimes changing the underlying system software on the iPhone.

iPhone Outsells Smartphones in July 2007Apple’s iPhone has reached a level where it has outsold all smartphones in the U.S., according to research group iSuppli.  The Apple iPhone cellphone during its first full month of sales accounted for 1.8 percent of all U.S. cellphone handset sales.  The research firm iSuppli forecasts that Apple would sell 4.5 million iPhones for 2007.  Sales should rise to more than 30 million units by 2011.
