Apple’s iPhone has reached a level where it has outsold all smartphones in the U.S., according to research group iSuppli. The Apple iPhone cellphone during its first full month of sales accounted for 1.8 percent of all U.S. cellphone handset sales. The research firm iSuppli forecasts that Apple would sell 4.5 million iPhones for 2007. Sales should rise to more than 30 million units by 2011.

Real estate brokers and agents now have an option to assign and route leads with the Apple iPhone cellphone. A La Mode, a real estate web site and software company have released iPhone compatible real estate software that integrates with their XSites product. They have been billed as the first company to provide any kind of real estate software for the Apple iPhone. This software also allows the routing of leads from a broker to an agent and then on to another agent if they happen to be busy at the time. Their web site says the lead travels in a round-robin type fashion to equally assign leads throughout the sales process.
