Apple increases its update lineup for iLife ’08 by releasing iWeb 2.0.2. The changes to the iWeb software program increases its compatibility with older iWeb websites and fixes other issues.
Apple mentions that, “This update to iWeb addresses issues with upgrading iWeb 1.x websites, and fixes some common publishing problems, and supports general compatibility issues.”
The newer version of iWeb gives users the ability to integrate a .Mac account even more than before with the first version. Websites created with the new version of iWeb has new web widgets, Google maps and Google adsense, picture album pages, enhanced photo pages and easy theme switching.
iWeb 2.0.2 requires the iLife Support 8.1 upgrade to be installed first. As of the iWeb 2.0.2 upgrade, iLife ’08 has now been fully updated.
